I cannot find the blocked senders in my Junk email file. Is there anyway for me to talk to a human?

If Outlook.com is not receiving messages from specific senders such as Gameknot or Amazon, use this order of checks:

    1. Check whether the mailbox storage is full. If Microsoft cloud storage is full, Outlook.com cannot send or receive email, and messages sent during that time can bounce back to the sender and are unrecoverable.
    2. Check Settings > Mail > Junk email and review the Blocked senders list. If the sender address or domain is listed there, remove it.
    3. Check Settings > Mail > Rules and confirm no rule is moving or deleting those messages.
    4. Check the Junk folder. If messages are there, mark them as not junk.
    5. If email from a blocked sender still appears or the sender is changing addresses, create an Inbox rule to catch common words and move those messages appropriately. If the visible sender address may be different from the real one, view the internet message headers and block or allow the real address as needed.
    6. If the messages are not appearing at all, ask the sender whether they received a non-delivery report. If they did, the report usually includes the reason. Common reasons include invalid address, recipient mailbox issues, server issues, or spam filtering.
    7. If the sender gets an error such as 550 5.7.515 Access denied related to authentication, the issue is on the sender’s domain side. The sender needs to fix their email authentication settings. A temporary workaround is to ask them to send from a different address. Adding them to Safe senders and domains may help, but it may not work if the message is blocked before it reaches the mailbox.
    8. For Outlook.com sending issues, make sure attachments are not larger than 25 MB.
