My credentials are no longer in my profile. how can I get them

If credentials are missing from a Microsoft Learn profile, use this checklist:

1. Confirm the correct Learn sign-in account
   • Missing credentials are often caused by signing in to a different Learn profile.
   • Try signing in with any other account that may have been used when registering for the exam, including a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account.
   • If the credential link from a congratulations email opens a profile without the credential, it may have been earned under a different profile.
2. Review the credential requirements
   • Check the certification or exam details pages to confirm the required exam was passed for the credential expected.
3. Check special cases
   • Credentials earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed through the Certiport account.
   • Some legacy certifications may have aged out and are no longer available in customer Learn profiles.
4. If access to the original Learn login was lost
   • Access to a Learn profile requires sign-in with at least one valid Microsoft Learn login account.
   • If access to the personal Microsoft account used for Learn was lost and no alternate work or school account was added, access to that profile and its data is lost.
   • Microsoft Credentials Support cannot recover personal Microsoft accounts and cannot transfer or restore the contents of an inaccessible Learn profile.
   • For Microsoft account sign-in problems, use the Microsoft Account Help self-service.
