Since the reference begins with G, the charge may be associated with a business purchase rather than a personal Microsoft account.
If you are the person who made the purchase, to obtain the receipt, please sign in with the account associated with the purchase (this may be the .onmicrosoft.com account that was created when the subscription was purchased). Then navigate to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Billing > Bills & payments, where you should be able to locate and download the corresponding invoice or receipt.
