    Hi @Dave Roberts,

Since the reference begins with G, the charge may be associated with a business purchase rather than a personal Microsoft account.

If you are the person who made the purchase, to obtain the receipt, please sign in with the account associated with the purchase (this may be the .onmicrosoft.com account that was created when the subscription was purchased). Then navigate to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Billing > Bills & payments, where you should be able to locate and download the corresponding invoice or receipt.

For detailed steps, please refer to: View or download your invoice in the Microsoft 365 admin center

I hope this helps. If you have any updates or if anything is unclear, please feel free to let me know.

Thank you for taking the time.

    Hi,

Please go to the Order History of your MS account:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/view-your-microsoft-store-order-history

    • Select Payment & billing > Order history
    • Under Filter, select the order and date range you want
    • Look for the purchased order, and it should be in the status of Completed or Redeemed.
    • Click Details to open the order summary
    • On the order details page, look for Print or Download Invoice. This should include your billing address and payment details.

Reference Source: Download or print Microsoft account order details

Please let me know how it goes. I look forward to your response.

    Stay Safe!
