URGENT!!!!!!

Hello,

I urgently need help with my Bing Places business listing.

I have been trying to verify the listing for over a week. The verification process is completely blocked.

Bing shows three verification options: Phone, SMS/Text and Email. However, the “Request PIN” button remains grey/inactive for all three options, so I cannot request a verification PIN.

Bing also says that I will receive a verification call on PII REMOVED, but I never receive this call.

I have already received an email from Bing with a “Verify now” button. When I click this, I am taken back to Bing Places, where I am again asked for a PIN that I cannot request.

I therefore cannot access or edit my business listing.

This has been going on for over a week and is now causing us to lose customers. We urgently need this resolved.

Could you please escalate this to the Bing Places Support team and either reset the verification process, enable a working verification method, or manually verify the listing?

I can provide screenshots and proof that I own/manage the business if required.

Thank you.

    Hello Info | Jachthuis Doublet,

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially when the verification issue has prevented you from managing your business listing for over a week and may be affecting your customers.

Since the Request PIN option is unavailable for all three verification methods and the Verify now link keeps returning you to the same page, this appears to require a review by the Bing Places Support team.

Please note that Microsoft Q&A is a user-to-user support forum. Contributors and moderators here cannot access your Bing Places account, reset the verification process, enable a verification method, or manually verify the listing.

Please sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the business listing and contact Bing Places Support. When submitting the request, include:

    • The business name and listing URL
    • Screenshots showing the disabled Request PIN buttons
    • A screenshot of the verification email
    • The verification methods you have already tried
    • Proof that you own or manage the business, if requested

For your privacy, please do not post your phone number, email address, verification PIN, listing ID, or ownership documents publicly. Share those details only through the official support channel.

I hope the Bing Places Support team can review the verification status and help restore access to your listing soon. Thank you so much for your understanding.
