Microsoft for Startups verification failed — Program Support missing — need verification reopened

iam using the new Microsoft for Startups PREVIEW experience in Azure Portal.

My startup business verification failed, but the portal does not provide any option to edit the submitted information, retry the verification, or resubmit the application.

The documented “Your Microsoft Team → Get program support” option is also missing from my account.

I tried Azure Help + Support, including Subscription Management and entitlement-related support paths, but they only route me through automated troubleshooting and self-help documentation. I have not been able to reach the Microsoft for Startups verification team or open a relevant support case.

Could a Microsoft moderator please help escalate this privately to the Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification team so that my existing verification can be reopened, corrected, or manually reviewed?

For the new Microsoft for Startups experience in Azure Portal, program-specific requests must go through Microsoft for Startups Program Support from within the Azure portal startup experience.

    Use this path:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Go to the startup homepage.
    3. Open the Overview tab.
    4. In Your Microsoft Team, select Get program support.

If the issue is specifically an Azure technical or subscription problem, use Azure Portal support instead:

    1. In Azure Portal, select the ? icon.
    2. Select Help + support.
    3. Select Create a support request.
    4. Complete the form and attach screenshots or documents.

Program Support handles program onboarding, Azure credit activation, benefit redemption, billing profile issues, entitlement corrections, and portal access problems. Azure Support is the correct path for Azure service errors, outages, subscription and billing problems, and critical production incidents.

If the Get program support entry is missing, the supported guidance in the documentation is still to start from Microsoft for Startups Program Support for program or benefit questions, and to use Azure Support only for Azure product or billing issues.
