Missing Microsoft SC - 900 Certificate

I recently passed the Microsoft SC-900 (Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) exam, and I received the exam pass/congratulations email.

However, my SC-900 certification is not showing in my Microsoft Learn profile under Credentials/Certifications, and I am also unable to view or download the certificate.

I would appreciate it if you could please check my certification status and help associate the certification with the correct Microsoft Learn profile.

I may have multiple Microsoft accounts/profiles due to a recent change in my work account, so I would also appreciate your help in confirming which Learn profile the certification is associated with.

    It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab especially over the weekend. What you need to check and then do if you cannot find your certification is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications
