reCAPTCHA not working

One site has a reCAPTCHA that won't let me in no matter how many times I click it (pictured). And another site I had to contact just to let me use it, because I was blocked.

To help narrow this down, could you confirm:

• Does the reCAPTCHA fail only in Microsoft Edge, or does the same website work in another browser such as Chrome or Firefox?
• Are you using any VPN, proxy, ad blocker, privacy extension, or security software that filters web traffic?
• Does the issue occur on multiple websites that use reCAPTCHA, or only on this specific site?

In the meantime, please try these quick checks in Edge:

1. Open an InPrivate window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N, then visit the affected site and test the reCAPTCHA again.
2. Temporarily disable any browser extensions:
   • Open Edge and go to edge://extensions
   • Turn off all extensions
   • Restart Edge and test the site
3. Clear site data for the affected website:
   • Open Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data
   • Remove data for the affected site
4. Confirm Edge is fully updated:
   • Open Settings > About Microsoft Edge
   • Install any available updates and restart the browser
