Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know on what happened. Please see the link below to check on what is the related billing charge for.

If there is no other order or subscription that is present on your account this means that the payment method or the card that you are using got caught somewhere from the last time that you have used it and this has caused an unauthorized charge and in this case it is best to reach out to the bank to block and replace your card to avoid additional or future unwanted charge/s. It is also a good measure to temporarily lock it from the bank's website or the bank's mobile app as soon as possible and request for a refund from the bank from the fraudulent charge that happened.

To cancel it and stop future charges:

    1. Go to Subscriptions and sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used for the Microsoft Solitaire subscription.
    2. Find the subscription and select Manage.
    3. Select Cancel or Turn off recurring billing.
    4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the cancellation.

If Turn on recurring billing is shown instead, recurring billing is already off and the subscription will expire on the date shown.

If the charge is not recognized, check the Manage your payments page and select Investigate. Common causes include recurring billing being enabled, a family member using the payment method, or a previously declined charge being processed later.

If the subscription was purchased through Google Play, Apple App Store, or a third-party retailer, cancellation and refunds must be handled through that seller.

If a refund is available, it can appear during the cancellation flow after selecting Manage for the subscription.
