I have just renewed my yearly subscription to solitaire and casual games but I want to turn recurring billing off. There doesn't seem to be an option to do so.

Can you please explain to me how to do it?

Hello

If you go to https://account.live.com, sign into the account you used for the subscription, then go to Subscriptions, do you see it lited there? If so, you can click on Manage to turn off auto renewal.

To turn off recurring billing for your Microsoft Solitaire casual games, you will need to manage your subscription through the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here are the steps you can follow:

  1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
  2. If you're using the Simplified view, select Billing. If you're using the Dashboard view, go to Billing > Your products.
  3. Select the subscription for Microsoft Solitaire or casual games that you want to manage.
  4. On the subscription details page, look for the option to Edit recurring billing.
  5. In the Edit recurring billing pane, select Off to turn off recurring billing, and then select Save.

Once you turn off recurring billing, your subscription will remain active until it expires, but you will not be billed automatically at the end of the subscription term. Make sure to check the expiration date on the Your products page in the admin center.

If you have any issues finding the option, ensure that you are logged in with the correct account that manages the subscription.
