Yea I'm having more multi monitor and multi window issues on the OS that's supposedly better for those things than on Windows 10 before...
On Windows 10 I sometimes had to move some windows back to their spot when I turned off my monitors but on Windows 11, not only does that still happen even though it was said that won't anymore, but it also seems to shuffle around monitors internally as it keeps screwing up game clients causing the game to hang up in around 60% of the cases when I turn off monitors and come back later. And what's worse is every time I reboot my PC, old games that treat different monitors plugged into the same graphics card as different graphics cards for monitor assigning purposes just flat out don't work half the time until I go into their extermal settings and change the output "graphics card". Windows 11 has only been a huge loss of productivity and increase in issues for me so far...
