I'm not receiving e-mails from NVidia

Confirmation e-mails from NVidia to a proxy e-mail address are not being received on my Hotmail e-mail, the configured destination for that proxy e-mail address. I therefore can't login to to use or manage my premium account.

Try this in Outlook.com first, since the issue is specific to incoming mail from one sender:

    1. Check Junk Email and the Other tab.
      • If the NVIDIA message is there, move it back to Inbox and mark it as not junk.
    2. Check whether a rule is hiding or moving the message.
      • In Outlook.com, open Settings > Mail > Rules.
      • Remove any rule that deletes messages, moves them to another folder, or redirects mail unexpectedly.
    3. Check whether forwarding is enabled.
      • In Outlook.com, open Settings > Mail > Forwarding.
      • Make sure mail is not being forwarded somewhere else.
    4. Check the blocked senders list and junk settings.
      • In Outlook.com, open Settings > Mail > Junk email.
      • Remove any NVIDIA-related sender or domain if it appears in blocked senders.
    5. Make sure messages are not just sorted out of view.
      • In the message list, select Filter > Sort > Date to restore chronological order.
    6. Send another confirmation email from NVIDIA if possible.
      • If a specific email still does not arrive and no Outlook.com error is shown, ask the sender to review Sender Support in Outlook.com.
    7. Check mailbox and cloud storage capacity.
      • If Microsoft cloud storage is full, Outlook.com cannot send or receive mail, and messages sent while storage was full are bounced back to the sender and are unrecoverable.
    8. If the account was recently secured after unusual sign-in activity or a password change, update the password anywhere the account is connected.
      • If needed, check whether the account is temporarily blocked and unblock it.

If mail from other senders arrives normally but NVIDIA mail still does not, the most relevant Outlook.com checks are Junk Email, Rules, Forwarding, and Blocked senders.
