Screenshot 2026-09-26 203551.png I asked Copilot to add "Not Found" to the formula in the screen shot. but it came back stating "You've reached your limit for today." The last time I asked for help was last Sunday (20th) I received the same reply? How do I GET THIS RESOLVED?

I opened Excel then hit the copilot button and entered "Hi" Screenshot 2026-09-28 172421I opened Excel then Copilot and typed "Hi" (as per screenshot) and back came the reply that I have been getting over the last 8 days. This is after I have signed out of my account. Any suggestions as to what is going on here would be apricated.

    Hi, William Auld

That message points to a Copilot usage limit, not a problem with the Excel formula. Since you got the same “limit for today” message a week apart, I wouldn’t assume that simply waiting until tomorrow will resolve it. Limits can depend on the account and feature being used.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Check that Excel is signed in with the Microsoft account that owns your subscription. If you have a personal subscription, check Services & subscriptions for your AI usage status. If this is a work or school account, ask your IT admin to check your Copilot access.

Sign out of Copilot and back in, then try it in a private browser window. If the message still appears, contact Microsoft Support and include the exact message, the account type, and the dates you saw it.

You don’t need Copilot to finish this particular change. In the formula shown, add ,"Not Found" just before the final closing parenthesis:

    =FILTER('Euro 28'!R2:V53,(T2:T53=Dashboard!U12)+('Euro 28'!V2:V53=Dashboard!U12),"Not Found")

That third FILTER argument displays “Not Found” when no rows match; it won’t hide other formula errors.
