I received a notice that the saved payment type wasn’t accepted. I had to get a new Master Card and didn’t get this subscription updated on time

For a Microsoft 365 home subscription, update the card on the Microsoft account billing page, then make sure that payment method is selected for the subscription.

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments.
    2. Find the saved payment method.
    3. If the card number changed, remove the old card and add the new Mastercard.
    4. If the card is already listed, select View or edit card, update the details, and save.
    5. Then go to https://account.microsoft.com/services.
    6. Find the subscription, select Manage, then Change how you pay.
    7. Select the updated payment method and confirm.

If payment already went through but account notices continue, check that there is no pending balance on the Services page. Payment status can take up to 24 hours to sync across services.
