    Hi @KEAT GUAN CHEW

Based on my research, this issue may indicate a problem with the payment method, billing account, or subscription provisioning. To troubleshoot the issue, you could verify the following:

Billing > Bills & payments to check for any unpaid invoices or outstanding balances.

Billing > Payment methods to ensure the payment method is valid, active, and up to date.

Billing > Your products, then open the affected subscription to review any billing, payment, or provisioning error details that may be displayed.

If the subscription continues to show a Failed status after you have verified the payment method and billing information, assistance from the Microsoft billing support team may be required to determine whether the order was processed successfully and whether the subscription was provisioned correctly.

To contact support, in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, select Help & support in the lower-right corner of the page, search for billing, and then select Contact Support. This will allow you to submit a support request and choose a callback or email option so that the billing support team can review the subscription, payment status, and any provisioning-related issues in greater detail.
