    Dear Rusty,

As a forum moderator, I am not able to access your billing account or arrange a call with the billing team. My role here is limited to providing general guidance you can apply from your side. If you are a Microsoft 365 business administrator:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    2. Select Help & support.
    3. Describe the billing issue.
    4. Select Contact Support.
    5. Choose Phone or Email, enter your contact details, and submit the request. Microsoft will show the estimated wait time.

If you don't have admin access, please ask your organization's Microsoft 365 administrator to submit the request for you. If you're not sure who that is, this article may help: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?

If the subscription was purchased through a reseller or Microsoft partner, contact that provider because Microsoft directs partner-billed customers back to the partner for billing support.

Please don't post invoice numbers, payment details or account information in this forum.

If you can share a little more about the invoice issue, I can point you to the right next step.
