For consumer products, there is basically no phone support anymore. There is a chat which you can access via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus . At a later stage in the process, you may be able to request a callback.

Alternatively, ask your question here in Q&A. Contributors are your fellow users, and we can often provide assistance quickly.

For a Microsoft 365 or Windows home support complaint, the available support path in the provided information is through Microsoft Support online.

    • Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
    • Use Get Help on the web.
    • Describe the issue and follow the prompts for self-help or connection to support, which can include chat.
    • If the issue is with signing in to a Microsoft account, use the Start sign-in helper tool first.

For Microsoft 365 subscription help, the documented support flow is:

    1. Open Contact Microsoft Support.
    2. Type Contact in the search box.
    3. Select Get help.
    4. Choose Contact Support or Sign in to contact support.
    5. Under Products and services, choose Microsoft 365 and Office.
    6. Under Category, choose Manage account Subscription.
    7. Select Confirm.
    8. Choose Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

If phone support is preferred, the provided guidance states that a phone number can be left so support can call back.
