Need excel certificate

I am trying to obtain my excel certificate. The account that I used to take the test was my school email which I no longer have access to.

If the Excel exam was taken with a school account that is no longer accessible, the supported path is to contact Microsoft Credentials Support to recover access to the certification record or move it to the correct profile.

Before contacting support, check these items:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with any other account that may have been used when registering for the exam, including a personal Microsoft account.
2. Verify that the certification is not under a different Learn profile.
3. Review the certification requirements to confirm the credential was fully earned.
4. If the exam was taken through Certiport, note that Certiport exams and certifications are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed through the Certiport account.
