I recently upgraded Outlook at Microsofts prompting and now all the Journal entries I had in my calendar are gone. Please help me retrieve them, there is a lot my history in those journal entries.

    Hi @James Miller

I understand how important these Journal entries are, especially since they contain a significant amount of your history.

Journal entries are stored in a separate Journal folder rather than directly in the Calendar. Please switch back to classic Outlook, select Folders from the Navigation Bar, and check the Journal folder. Microsoft confirms that existing Journal entries can be accessed from this location. Track actions in Journal

If the entries are not there, select File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File, then check for an older .pst or archive.pst file under Documents\Outlook Files. The entries may have been stored locally or moved there by AutoArchive.

Please make a backup copy of any .pst file before importing or repairing it.
