Check your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab ensuring you are signed into Microsoft Learn with the correct email address

Access the legacy MCITP certificate through your Microsoft Learn Certification Dashboard—not Partner Center—and submit a Credentials Support request if the record is missing.

    Retrieve the certificate

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile associated with your certification record.
    2. Open the Certification Dashboard.
    3. In Certificates, select View Certificates.
    4. Select the checkbox beside the MCITP certificate.
    5. Preview it or select Download; multiple selected certificates are downloaded as a .zip file.^1^

The former MCP Profile and Certification Marketplace were retired; certification information was retained in the certification dashboard and transcript.^2^

Check whether the legacy record is attached

    In Microsoft Learn:

    1. Select your profile picture → Profile.
    2. Select Transcript.
    3. Look for the MCITP credential among the completed credentials.
    4. If needed, use Print → Save to PDF or Share link to obtain proof of the credential.^3^

If MCITP is missing or cannot be downloaded

Submit a request through Credentials Support:

    1. Open the Credentials Support page and select online support request.
    2. Confirm:
      • Product family: Learning
      • Product or Service: Microsoft Credentials
      • Type of Support: Professional No Charge
      • Contact method: Email
    3. Include:
      • Your Learn username
      • “Legacy MCITP certificate missing/inaccessible” and the exact certification title
      • Approximate exam dates and any former MCP/MCID number available
      • Screenshots of the dashboard, transcript, or error message

Credentials Support handles other Microsoft Certification issues by email.^4^

Do not post an MCP/MCID number, email address, or other account details publicly.
