If the student verification flow has been failing for more than a week, the supported steps are:
- Stop repeated attempts for now. Excessive or repetitive verification requests can trigger a temporary block and can reset the waiting period.
- Wait at least a full 24 hours before trying again. If the block is still present after 24 hours, wait longer — as long as possible, up to 1 week.
- When trying again, use a different verification method if available. If the current method keeps failing, switch to another method connected to the account.
- If the option is available, use Upload documentary proof. For student verification issues, this method can be more reliable than other verification methods.
- In the profile section, use a personal non-school email address, not the school email address.
- Try from a different network. Switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data, or using another Wi‑Fi network, can help if the block is tied to the current network.
- If verification still does not complete, contact support. For student discount and academic verification help, use Credentials Support.
For the waiting time specifically: the documented guidance is to wait a full day first, and if it still fails, wait longer, up to 1 week. Since the issue has already continued for more than a week, the next step is support.
