Hello.

According to Pearson, you need to contact your organization to gain access to my certifications.

Please help.

Thank you.

What you need to check and then do if you cannot find your certification is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

Sign in to Microsoft Learn with every personal, work, or school account that may have been used to register for the Pearson VUE exam; if the certification remains missing, submit a Microsoft Credentials Support request.

    1. Check the Learn account associated with the exam

    1. Sign out of Microsoft Learn completely.
    2. Sign back in using each account you may have used when booking the exam:
      • Personal Microsoft account
      • Current work or school account
      • Previous work or school account
    3. In each profile, open Profile → Certifications and check for the credential.
    4. Also check the address that received the certification congratulations email. The contact email receiving that message is not necessarily the account used to sign in.

Certifications can appear under a different Learn profile when multiple login accounts were used. Microsoft’s missing-certification guidance specifically recommends trying all accounts that may have been used for exam registration.^1^

    2. If an organization controls the required account

If the certification is attached to a work or school account that you cannot access, contact that organization’s IT administrator to restore access. Microsoft cannot recover work or school accounts; access to the Learn profile requires at least one valid login account associated with it.^2^

If you regain access, add a personal Microsoft account to the Learn profile so that changing employers or schools does not remove your future access.

    3. Submit a missing-certification support request

If you can access your Learn profile but the credential is absent, open a Microsoft Credentials Support case—not a Teams support case:

    1. Open the Credentials Support page and select online support request.
    2. Set:
      • Product family: Learning
      • Product or Service: Microsoft Credentials
      • Category: The closest option for a missing certification
      • Type of Support: Professional No Charge
      • Contact method: Email
    3. Include:
      • Your Learn username, available in Learn Settings
      • Exam name and exam date
      • The account used to register with Pearson VUE
      • A screenshot of the missing credential or Pearson VUE message
      • Any Pearson VUE case number or score report
    4. Do not post private account, candidate, or exam information publicly.

Credentials Support handles missing Microsoft Certification records and responds by email.^3^

Pearson VUE should handle exam delivery or scheduling problems, but a completed certification that is missing from the Microsoft Learn profile is handled through Microsoft Credentials Support.
