Accessing Microsoft Teams Free using personal or organizational credentials
For your privacy and security, I have covered the personal information included in your post. Please avoid sharing any personal or sensitive information publicly, such as serial numbers, order details, email addresses, phone numbers, or case-related information.
Hi Elsa Contreras,
I understand that you are looking for direct assistance after Apple Support referred the Teams sign-in issue to Microsoft.
Please note that Microsoft Q&A is a public, user-to-user support forum. Contributors here cannot arrange a callback, access support case records, or contact you privately. The case number issued by Apple may also belong to Apple’s support system, so Microsoft Support might not be able to locate it.
To help narrow down the issue, could you please confirm:
- Are you signing in with a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?
- What exact message or error code appears in the Teams app?
- Can you sign in to the same account at https://teams.microsoft.com/ using Safari?
If web sign-in works, the account itself is likely accessible and the problem may be limited to the Teams app. In that case, try updating Teams and iOS, temporarily disabling any VPN, restarting the iPhone, and then reinstalling the Teams app. Microsoft also recommends checking the network connection, signing out and back in, reinstalling Teams, or testing the web version when the app cannot connect.
If web sign-in also fails, please use the official Microsoft Support contact page and select Can’t sign in or Teams. Available contact methods, including live chat, depend on the account, product, region, and current availability. Thank you so much for your understanding.
