getting the following error message while installing on Exchange server 2016

You can go through the articles and see if any steps were missed before you started to install Exchange.

Besides, as indicated in the errors, please check the things below before starting to install Exchange:

1. The accout that you use to install Exchange has the following permissions:
   -Enterprise Admins group membership
   -Schema Admins group membership
   -Exchange Organization Management role group membership
2. The Exchange Server prerequisites are installed, see Exchange Server prerequisites.
3. Prepare Active Directory for Exchange. You can run "Setup /PrepareAD" as mentioned in the error message.
