I have several users who are unable to to connect or edit a data feed in Excel/PowerPivot

When trying to edit the connection the data feed the user needs to click advanced and enter their User ID and password.
Upon testing the connection they will get a test successful message showing that it's working.
Once they hit okay and get to the page to save the new connection details, this will error out stating they need to enter their User ID and Password, however this was confirmed to work when tested.

If you go back into the advanced these have now been removed.

This is also the same if you run the test, hit okay and go back into the advanced settings before hitting save.

The user stated this was after a recent update which would have been feature update 20h2.

Looking at Event viewer i can see Event ID 25 from source MSOLAP$Local Cube is present.
We've tried moving to 21h1, running sfc scan, removing the add in and adding it back.
This happens across several users and not just one machine.

Which version of Office are you using? Please update it to the latest version first.
To better analyze this issue, could you please provide more screenshots of prompt messages to us? Thanks.

Consideration that this issue occured after updating to 20H2, please check if it occurs after rolling back to 20H1 on a test machine.
