Downgrading fron Windows 11 to Windows 10

So I am trying to downgrade from windows 11 to 10, however it has been 10 days so I don't have the option to go to Settings > System > Recovery > Go Back. To try and get around this, I first made a system image backup on my external hard drive and downloaded media creation tool, however It will not let me click Keep personal files or even keep personal files and apps. So my question is, is there a way around this?
Any help appreciated, thanks

    Hi Microsoft community, my name is Lalith, I have a issue which is really annoying, in the beginning I bought a laptop which had windows 10 home single language, and I upgraded it to windows 11 home single language an I changed it to windows 11 pro using a product key, so the issue is I've been using windows 11 for 3 months and I didn't like it that much so I went to your website and degraded to windows 10 pro, so while the installation was finished all of my data was erased and my office 365 was gone, I don't know if you have a solution to this but please help, thanks.
