Yes know. just my problem only Virus & therat protection not keep. them still like off/on. i try keep Restart. but keep "error sorry" i need on keep safe. i cant go fixing. I am worry my PC is faw New this month 5.
my Update fine. just hope fix them go KB2267602. if see wait tomorrow. not work still. i will talk help Microsoft
Maybe during interim you can download from another pc and copy over for installation.

Download file, copy file to removable media (USB), transfer file to problem pc and install it.
