Azure Portal not showing VM or other resources

I have Azure Pass - "Sponsorship subscription".

I created a resource group and VM as well. Able to access this VM using public IP (MSTSC).

But this VM is not showing in Azure Portal Dashboard, resource group is also not showing. Any suggestion.

    If you have permission to create resources then I would guess your issue here is that you have a subscription or resource filter applied.
