    Hi,@Alok gupta

I would like to ask following questions to get more information.

What is the detail of error when the user failed to change password?

Does the issue affect only specific users? Or all the users in your organization?

I would suggest you logon to EAC with an Exchange Admin account, select Server/virtual directories.

From within the list of Exchange Virtual Directories, select OWA (default website).Open its Properties, which by default looks like the image shown below.

Check the “Change password” option, ensure it has been selected.

    Hi,@Alok gupta
    Thanks for your update.

Could you try creating a new OWA policy and check if user can change password within OWA?
    Please follow these steps.

    1. In the EAC, go to Permissions > Outlook Web App policies, and click New
      a) In the new policy window that opens, configure the following settings:
      b) Policy name: Enter a unique name for your policy.
      c) Use the check boxes to enable or disable features. By default, the most common features are displayed. To see all features that can be enabled or disabled, click More options.
      d) Click Save to save the policy. 149716-5.png
