Azure Site recovery provider setup no compatibility found -error hyper v not instllaed or not acting as domain controller

Hi Guys,
I Am trying to move the VM of 2016 running on hyper v on the windows 10 platform To Azure when am running the tool "AzureSiteRecoveryProvider" am getting an error message as below ..
could anyone help me out on this issue?
