We hear that when a visitor hits our website, the 1st access will be slower.
That's because things will be compiled, etc.
But does it will happen in the 1st time for EACH visitor or just for the 1st time the application published is accessed ?

It is common for an the application to spin down after a period of nonuse. The default is idle timeout is 20 minutes. The first user to access an idle site needs to wait for the worker process to start up.
