When I login to the Azure Portal I keep getting a popup with the following text:

Additional information from the call to get a token:

Resource: self
Details: AADSTS50020: User account '{EmailHidden}' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Scoop Digital' and cannot access the application 'c44b4083-3bb0-49c1-b47d-974e53cbdf3c'(Azure Portal) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

It seems to be causing other issues, for example changing my SendGrid SAAS plan.

Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this issue?

    Just go to setting and click on switch directory you will get all the setting which you have done.

    getting the following error on trying to create a new resource... it doesnt even let me to connect to support. same issue to request support. any solutions or help would be appreciated

    After a while, I realized this happened because I had several Chrome tabs opened with differentes users/tenants each.

    Closing everything and using just one user and tenant solved all
