2019 Contacts are in alphabetical order when transferred to iPhone

Currently my contacts phone numbers labels, are listed as follows:
Mobile
Home
Business
Even though the mobile number is first, when I transfer the contacts to the iPhone, it puts the labels in alphabetical order
Business
Home
Mobile
Is there something I can do to get around this on Outlook so it transfers to my iPhone correctly?

In order to further confirm the problem, do you provide the following information related to the original question?
- Are the contacts in People view in Outlook desktop client? If so, what is the version of your Outlook client(File > Office Account > About Outlook)?
- And I noticed that you tried to transfer the contacts to the iPhone, how did you transfer the contacts?
- In addition, It would be great to provide screenshots for our better research.(In order to avoid the disclosure of your privacy, please remember to hide your personal information)

Yes the contacts are in People View on Outlook desktop client
It's Outlook 2019
I transfer using iTunes

Do you mean transfer to iphone contacts by iTunes as shown in the below figure or to Outlook for IOS?
If is to iphone contacts, please kindly understand that we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and can not test iTunes in our environment, it's suggested to contact Apple support to check if the order can be customized and other suggestions. Thanks for your understanding.
