AADSTS50020: User account 'james.h.gray@Stuff .com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'b36b1432-1a1c-4c82-9b76-24de1cab42f2'(Minecraft Education Edition) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

Hi @JimG , have you configured Google authentication? I see that you're using gmail, so this may be causing the issue if you haven't done that. Also, please review this document about adding external users. If this doesn't fix your issue please let me know and I can open a support ticket for you.
