How to move Local disk (c) from disk 1 to disk 0?

so i wanted to expand my local disk (c) but the problem is that my local disk is on disk 1 and my unallocated disk is on disk 0. can anyone tell me how to move my local disk c from disk 1 to disk 0?

    Speaking of your question :
    You cannot combine Disk 1 and Disk 0 or take the volume from Disk 1 to Disk 0 since Disk 1 and Disk 0 are two different physical discs.

    My suggestion would be to increase your OS Disk size from the Azure portal/CLI and allocate that space to the C:
