I have an Azure AD B2C service that is ready for production but needs the named changed as the product name has changed at the last moment. Is there any method to change this? It is only visible from the host directory. The main issue is the email verification subject is referencing the wrong name. I know we can use a custom email provider for this, but that is much riskier than a simple string change in the correct place.

Hi @Ryan Watts • Thank you for reaching out.

Please follow the below steps to change Azure AD B2C Organization Name, which will be included in the verification email subject and signatures:

    1. Sign in to portal.azure.com with the Global Administrator account of the B2C tenant. Make sure you are connected to the B2C tenant and not the primary Azure AD tenant.
    2. Navigate to Azure Active Directory > Properties, and under the Name textbox, use the new organization name.
    3. Note: This change might take several minutes to a couple of hours to provide consistent behavior to all the users. Some users may get emails with the old name in the subject until the change is replicated to all datacenters.
    4. Run user flow and send the verification email to confirm that email subject and signatures include the new name.

    Hi

Sign into your Azure portal through Global Administrator on that Tenant. Search for Microsoft Entra ID in the global search bar.

Here you will see the option "Properties" in the right pan of the Overview section.

Just rename the tenant, scroll down and click on Save at the bottom.
