Hi Team,

I have an Enterprise Application, and we use that for authentication purposes. One of our customers mentioned that they are unable to see our enterprise application in their Azure account.
Is it possible that my Enterprise application will be visible in any Azure account? If yes How to make it? and what will be the impact on currently connected Oauth connections?

Thank you for the quick follow up on this!

Can you confirm if your customer is assigned to the application? For testing purposes, you can try adding your customer as an Owner to see if this resolves your issue.

Our - View enterprise applications documentation mentions that your customer will need to be a Global Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, Application Administrator, or Owner of the service principal, in order to view applications that have been registered in your Azure AD tenant.

If you're still having issues with this, please let me know.
Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.

    Thank you for your post!

When it comes to your specific Enterprise Application being visible to your customer, you can do this by assigning your customer to the application and making sure Visible to Users? is switched to "Yes". This will determine whether users assigned to an application can see it in My Apps and Microsoft 365 app launcher. For more info.
