Windows Update Error

Question

All of sudden I am having an issue updating Server 2012. The server is reporting to WSUS and getting the updates but 12 keeps failing and I don't know why.
I removed the server url but verified it was the correct url. I have rename the software distribution folder as well as some registry changes but these 12 keep failing

Thanks for your posting on Q&A.

To avoid misunderstanding, please help to confirm whether all the approved updates are downloaded successfuly and are ready for installation on WSUS server.

In addition, the issue only occurred on the Windows Server 2012 R2 servers. Am I right?

Also I found a related case and I would like to share with you first. We could follow this link to locate the web.config and edit the maxCachedUpdates value. According to my research, it seems that you have approved too many updates at the same time and the issue occurred. Please follow the above two links to edit the maxCachedUpdates and maxInstalledPrerequisites values and the confirm whether the issue will be resolved.
