Hi,

I have set up a Azure Active Directory Domain Services and install admin tool on a VM to administrate this AADDS.
In the ADUC on this VM, I am not able to delete or move AADDS users.

Users that have been created in Azure AD and sit in the AADDC Users cannot be edited or deleted through AAD DS, you need to go to the Azure portal and manage them through Azure AD. Only users created in custom OU's can be deleted.

    Hi,

If you want manage user on-premise active directory. You have to install RSAT tools in a member machine in same domain.

All azure administration tools let you manage only users created on azure active directory.
