Datafactory SSIS IR: need an public IP to gain access AWS DRS (Database)

Question

Hello;

I have a Datafactory with an SSIS IR.
I have to access a DB service on AWS and for security I need to indicate the IPs from where the requests will come.
Access is from the IR, when executing an SSIS package not from a Datafactory pipeline.

When the IR stops and restarts the IP changes, it seems because of the load balancer.
Is it possible to assign a public IP so that the IR always access with the same IP?
