Unable to access Form Recognizer Sample Tool

Hi All,

I am unable to access Form Recognizer Sample Tool.

We had trained Custom Form Recognizer using https://fott-preview.azurewebsites.net/

Now when I access https://fott-preview.azurewebsites.net/ it shows Application Error message

Please can anyone help, how to access existing models and how to add new models.

Please can you let me know what happened to https://fott-preview.azurewebsites.net/ ?

How can Microsoft suddenly just take down ?

I need to access security tokens for my models form the earlier site, can you provide me the same ?

Also when I used https://fott-preview.azurewebsites.net/ the model created had a different API version and now the API version is different on https://fott-2-1.azurewebsites.net/ this leads to compatibility errors.
In the past I have faced this issue.
