Form Recognizer Sample Labelling Tool - unable to select part of ocr text

I am trying to select and tag only part of some ocr text.
For example on this screenshot the text "UCR: 1GB727040....." I want to exclude "UCR:" because this is the key and not the value.
The help documents state I can drag and select only part, but this does not work; it just selects the complete text.
I am using fott v2.1 but have also tried Studio.

Is there some method I am missing?

Tks
Michael

    Hi Yutong

    No problem - I have just removed some addresses.
    I have tried many examples of this document type and the problem is still the same.

    It is also part of a wider project which will result in a major adoption of FR within our organisation.

    @Michael Douglas

    I am sorry, this is currently not supported to do directly in the tool/ studio. I have forwarded this to product group. One workaround I have for this issue is, we can use Python script to only read part of the ref No. if you will apply your model to SDK.

    Thanks for the feedback, we hope to provide more flexibility.

    Hope this will help. Please let us know if any further queries.

    Thanks Yutong - will consider the Python option as we may also need this for other fields.

    Best Regards
    Michael
