Unable to Login to Azure Portal due to MFA

Anyone know which support number to call when you can't log into the Azure portal due to MFA being turned from conditional access policy? Had to restore my iPhone and the Microsoft Authenticator app isn't loading so I don't have access to the code or the ability to answer a push notification. This is for my personal testing using a Pay as you go subscription and not tied to a work account.

    Hi @Anthony Bertronski • Thank you for reaching out.

    As you have locked out of the tenant, you can open a support ticket using the Azure portal (if you have access to a different Azure Account) or by calling customer service number for your country/region. To unblock you, support engages the Data Protection team and you will be required to provide some evidence that proves your ownership of the Azure Account.

    Also, please go through Manage emergency access accounts in Azure AD to configure a break-glass account so that, going forward, you don't lock yourself out.
