SQL MI Dashboard for Data

Hello

We are having a managed instance of SQL hosted in Azure. We are looking for solutions where we can create dashboards with these data by reading data from the SQL instance. We are not looking for a Performance or Monitoring dashboard for infrastructure here. Is there are out of a box solutions available where we can create splunk/Datadog like dashboards? If not what is the best solution that we can come up with Azure analytics tools. We might be looking at just reading data at this point but will be making use of this for Analytical purposes later
