Why MS Teams not functioning or letting me join the meeting on my Mackbook Pro with OS Monterey 12.1?

I'm trying to use MS Teams on my Macbook pro OS Monterey 12.1. When I open it and go to the meeting in the Calendar and click Join, it let me go to the teams webpage and asks to allow the app. After I allow it, it takes me back to the calendar section of the Teams app and nothing happens. I click again on the 'Join' and the same process continues repeating.
I cleared Cache and deleted the Ms Teams folder, as well as I reinstalled the app but no luck.
What I see is that Teams is not yet ready for mac, is it? or what could be the reasons for this problem?

Could you use Teams web client to join Teams meeting in your device?
Due to lack of the environment, we could not reproduce your problem. To exclude if it is a client problem, could you try to schedule Teams meeting in Outlook client to see if it can be reproduced.

Thanks for taking up the question. Teams use Windows to use MS Teams which works well but this issue is with Macbook OS.
Yes, I used web client to join Teams, it did work one time before there was an update in the OS system but after, it never get me to the meeting. Most of the time, nothing happens. Sometimes, in addition to the above iterations, i specified, it asks me to sign in again but after that, the same iteration starts and no way to get to the meeting. last time, i have to shift to windows to attend the meeting.
This is an operating system problem and MS Teams software needs to be well optimized with Mac OS, I think.

Considering this issue is related to the Mac OS system, it recommends you open a ticket in Office 365 admin center. The engineer will collect your backend logs and give you more insights on this issue.
