Currently SQL Server is not supported on Windows 11 and several user already reported issues regarding Win11 + SQL.

I am using ms sql server after update the Laptop od win10 to win11 sql ms sql not waorking

Up to now, win11 only supports for SQL 2017 and SQL 2019, if your SQL Server version meets the requirements, you can try to reinstall or delete and Create the instance according to this thread
