text-language-engine api not responding

I'm trying to call text-language-engine but the api is not responding anymore. It doesn't give back any error status code, but it goes in timeout.

Hi, I have tried almost every region but I have not seen an error. And according to the Azure Status : https://status.azure.com/en-us/status I don't see a problem for Azure Text Analytics Service or Azure Translator. Could you please share the guidance for API you are using and the region so that we can do more investigation?
