Hello @Miltiadis ,
If it does not recognize your work email address then it means that your organization has not onboarded themselves to the ESI program . It is available for most enterprise customers . Please check with the Training team within your organization and they should have this information . This is the reason your work Email is not recognized.
Registration for some trainings are open as this program was created during COVID and for virtual trainings use of Microsoft account(outlook.com, hotmail.com etc. ) was allowed as we wanted everyone to take advantage of learning .This may be the reason due to which you are able to register for the events but your work email is not working on ESI website. The events are done over teams and your teams invite would still work . However for accessing the ESI website , you may require to contact the ESI representative within your company who can help you further to allow org level logon to the ESI portal. In case you have not , Please check with your company's Microsoft representative who can help further on this. Support for work emails is provided either through the Internal MS representative within your company or through the ESI support portal (https://esisupport.microsoft.com/) which again will not be accessible in your case.
Hope this is helpful .
