Hi,

I've created this outlook link:

https://outlook.live.com/owa/?path=/calendar/action/compose&rru=addevent&startdt=2022-01-14T03:00:00.000-06:00&enddt=2022-01-14T04:00:00.000-06:00&subject=Meeting&location=null&allday=false

When I tried opening it in my browser, it worked fine and popup to create event appeared.

However when one of my client tried opening the same link, it asked her to sign in first and once she signed in the event create popup doesn't shows up.

Let me know the suggestions here. Thanks!

    Hi @Siddhant Singh ,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and posting your question here.
In order to verify your issue, did you open the link via Open Calendar > From Internet in the Outlook client?
What's the detailed version of your Outlook client?

Based on my search, I found that the issue is a known one.
Here is an document for your reference: You can't add an Internet calendar in Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, and Outlook for Office 365
As the document mentioned, you may use Outlook Web App (OWA) to work around the issue.
Because OWA doesn't have this authentication header behavior, so you can open the Internet calendar successfully.

    Hi @Siddhant Singh ,
Thanks for your reply at your earliest convenience.

the created link was opened directly in google chorme. For me it worked but for the client it asked for the signin and the event create popup never appeared.

According to the official documentation, this happens for the following reasons:
    164653-calendar.png
And if you want to add the calendar into Outlook client, you need to publish it into a ics file: Settings > View all Outlook settings > Calendar > Shared Calenders and download the ics file.

Import ics file into Outlook via File > Import / Export > Import an iCalendar (.ics)orvCalendar file (.vcs),and then Next > Open as New.
The items are automatically imported into your calendar.
