MS Teams - voice breaking after 20 min of call

After around 20 min of the call the audio start lagging.

Dropping from the call and reconnect does not help.
Only restarting the app.

The problem is reproduced with an app and web version of the Teams.

I am using Mack-book with m1 processor.
macOS Monterey Version 12.1

I tried wifi network and ethernet - still have the same issue.
Linux and Windows laptop works fine.

Do you mean this problem is only occurred in your mac device?

Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?

If you tried to use Teams web client in Mac device, is this problem can be reproduced?

To exclude the client issue, you could try to clear Teams client cache to see if it cab be fixed.

The problem is observed on another mac as well.

The problem is observed on the web client as well.

I cleared cache. The problem is still present.

I tried switch to bluetooth audio and problem is resolved.
But, If I use the usb headset the problem is exist.

Are there any error message when using USB headset in Teams client?

According to your above test result, we assumed there maybe some problems in Teams backend. To get more professional support for your issue, it recommends open a ticket in Office 365 admin center and the engineer will collect the backend logs from the server and give you more insights about it.
