Hello,

How can I make sure that all my sent e-mails are automatically delayed with 5-10 minutes on my Macbook Pro Outlook ?

Thanks!

    Hi @Joshi Boomputte ,
Thanks for getting back to me at your convenience.
Regarding your description about “automatically via settings for all e-mails”, it is available in Outlook for windows. In Outlook for Mac it is not available.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
I’ve tried submitted this feature request in my Outlook for Mac. What I can do for you at present is to submit a suggestion for you, and you can also make a suggestion via the Outlook client: Go to Help > Give Feedback. Thanks for your understanding.

    Hi @Joshi Boomputte ,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and posting your question here.
According to my search, it is available on the Office 365 or 2019 versions of Outlook for Mac.
    (1)Open a New Email.
(2)Complete all necessary Email Fields. (To, Subject, Content, etc.)
